The Stock Lead is responsible for people development, expense management and driving the operational aspects of the business. This role has a broad range of responsibility and reports directly to the Delivery Center Inventory Manager.

Successfully Drives Business Objectives Trains and support through hands on teaching and coachingAssists in training of high quality team members who exhibit our valuesTrains and maintains standards in the areas of: cycle counts, accounting and merchandising proceduresExecute and support inventory scans and accuracy of physical and digital inventory locationsEnsures proper execution of Standard Operating Procedures related to the inventory processExecutes and oversees the return delivery truck processCommunicates damage information to Warehouse Operations and Inventory ManagersManages and trains for a uniform and consistent wrapping process for all stockManages and coordinates clearance inventory transfers from stores to delivery centerManages and coordinates unopened merchandise returns to Distribution CenterAchieves operational excellence via execution of the company standards to keep a clean, well-organized facility
