We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys leading by example, building strong teams, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. This position supervises a team of approximately five warehouse associates and material handlers while working alongside them in our New Albany and Jeffersonville warehouse locations. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory, receiving, container unloading, warehouse organization, merchandising display production, trade show preparation, and the timely movement of materials to support our manufacturing operations. Daily Responsibilities Supervise, train, and work alongside a team of approximately five warehouse associates and material handlers. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory control, material handling, warehouse organization, and shipping support. Receive and offload container shipments, verify incoming inventory, assign inventory locations, and maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system. Coordinate and oversee inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy. Pull warehouse requisitions and deliver materials to production departments to ensure production needs are met on time. Coordinate inventory movements between warehouse locations and production areas. Oversee the cleaning, organization, and overall appearance of warehouse facilities to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Supervise the production, assembly, and staging of merchandising displays for customers, retail locations, and trade shows. Organize, palletize, and prepare trade show displays, samples, and materials for shipment and transportation. Inspect forklifts, warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery, coordinating maintenance or repairs as needed. Ensure employees comply with all company policies, OSHA safety regulations, and applicable food safety standards. Review warehouse paperwork, inventory records, and shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness. Coach, develop, and provide regular feedback to warehouse employees while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience supervising or leading employees in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and material handling. Proven leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable providing clear verbal and written direction, coaching employees, and addressing performance issues. Ability to build positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a 26-foot manual transmission box truck (CDL not required). Forklift experience required (certification preferred). Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties of a working supervisor, including unloading containers and assisting warehouse staff.
