Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Lunch:
One-hour unpaid lunch
Pay:
$21/hour Position Summary We are seeking an organized and dependable Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support daily fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, and administrative operations at our headquarters office. This position is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring orders, and ensuring that operational activities are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage daily fulfillment and shipping activities. Coordinate with UPS representatives and other shipping partners to ensure scheduled pickups are completed on time. Prepare, enter, track, and maintain shipment information in the ERP system. Monitor customer portals and internal systems to track orders and deliveries. Investigate and resolve shipping, fulfillment, inventory, and administrative issues. Maintain accurate inventory counts for product samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, IT equipment, and other company assets. Monitor packaging and shipping supplies and reorder materials as needed. Maintain IT equipment inventory and communicate equipment or replacement needs to the appropriate teams. Update operational reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and records. Support process improvements, special projects, and other daily Operations team activities. Qualifications At least two years of experience in shipping, logistics, fulfillment, inventory control, operations, warehouse support, or administration. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Experience maintaining spreadsheets, reports, trackers, or inventory records. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues independently. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Preferred Qualifications Experience using ERP systems. Familiarity with shipping and order-tracking platforms. Previous inventory control or warehouse support experience. Experience coordinating with UPS or other third-party shipping providers.
