You scan performance dashboards, align your team on targets, and make sure your area is stocked and ready. Throughout the shift, you coach associates, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and fine-tune workflows so orders move accurately and on time. Quality checks, process audits, and quick problem-solving are second nature. You communicate clearly, set expectations, and model professionalism and integrity—building ownership within your department. Shifts Sunday

  • 4:00 AM) What you'll lead Guide and motivate associates; serve as the go-to resource for your area.
Hit and sustain SLAs by balancing people, process, and flow. Act as the subject-matter expert for departmental procedures and tools. Coach team members and support their development and cross-training. Maintain an efficient, well-supplied work area to meet daily goals. Foster a positive, respectful environment grounded in diplomacy and integrity. Own quality—verify production output meets standards. Audit processes to ensure strict adherence to SOPs. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to quickly resolve operational issues. Qualifications 18 years or older; high school diploma or
GED. 1-2
years of related experience with proven team-building and leadership. Calm under pressure; dependable with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent organization and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
Analytical mindset:
define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Physical requirements Stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods. Reach, pull, push, and lift items up to 50 lbs. of varied sizes and shapes. Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jack, box cutter, carts) requiring coordinated movements.
