Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution center activities, manage team performance, and ensure smooth logistics processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and inventory accuracy, supporting our commitment to excellence in warehouse management. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure seamless operations. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear direction and managerial communication to foster a productive team environment. Oversee the operation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels. Coordinate with logistics teams and 3PL providers to optimize distribution center operations and improve process efficiencies. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols during heavy lifting, forklift operation, and materials handling activities. Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse equipment to track shipments, manage inventory movements, and conduct cycle counts. Implement lean management principles and process improvements to enhance workflow productivity and reduce waste. Skills Proven experience in warehouse supervision with a strong understanding of distribution center operations. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Skilled in forklift operation, materials handling equipment operation, and heavy lifting safety procedures. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of logistics principles including shipping & receiving, e-commerce fulfillment, and 3PL coordination. Strong organizational skills with a focus on inventory control, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
