BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily e-commerce and in-club fulfillment operations. This role oversees order picking, packing, staging, and shipping to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and an exceptional member experience. The supervisor schedules and directs team members, monitors productivity, manages inventory accuracy, and enforces safety and quality standards. Partnering closely with club and warehouse leadership, this role drives continuous process improvement, leverages warehouse and order management systems, and coaches associates to support growth, engagement, and operational excellence.
