Certified Travel Media, LLC. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Supervisor based in Newburyport, MA. Requires on-site warehouse presence from 8 am- 4:30 pm EST when not out servicing routes in the marketplace.

Position Summary:

Our mission is to help visitors discover the travel information they need to plan their next adventure through our brochure stands and digital screens, which reach millions of visitors every year.

Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary operational resource and supervisor for the local driver team, overseeing driver communication, route coordination, inventory management, fleet operations, warehouse organization, receiving, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day operational support. This role will also complete service routes as assigned in the local marketplace at least twice per week.

Requirements:

Prior leadership experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, fleet management, distribution, or a related operational environment. Prior experience coordinating drivers, routes, deliveries, or transportation operations. Experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, organization, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Experience with fleet coordination or vehicle management, including tracking vehicle status, maintenance needs, inspections, and operational readiness. Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively with driver team, sales partners, and other internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple operational needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve inventory, routing, fleet, or operational discrepancies. Comfortable using operational software or inventory/fleet management systems. Ability to analyze operational information, conduct route or inventory audits, and identify opportunities for improvement. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do approach to supporting day-to-day operations. Customer-service mindset Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical work (bending, loading, carrying materials). Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital devices and basic troubleshooting. Forklift certified, a plus.
