Warehouse Operations Lead

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee the daily flow of materials, equipment, and logistics for our commercial flooring business. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable managing both warehouse operations and field support. This is not a traditional warehouse-only position — this role plays a key part in keeping our jobs running smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials and equipment for job sites Receive and process incoming deliveries Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment (floor grinders, generators, lighting, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Conduct weekly inventory and manage material ordering Coordinate with field crews and office staff to ensure job readiness Oversee company vehicle fleet: Monitor condition Perform basic checks Schedule maintenance and service as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills Mechanically inclined / comfortable with equipment repairs Ability to work independently and take initiative Good communication skills (working with both crews and office staff) Reliable and consistent work ethic Ability to lift and handle materials/equipment as needed Preferred (but not required) Experience in construction, flooring, or similar trades Previous warehouse or operations experience Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance Why Join Us Stable, Monday-Friday schedule Hands-on role with variety — no two days are the same Key position within a growing commercial business Opportunity to take ownership of warehouse and operations processes

Pay:
