Description Sign on bonus - $2000 (Paid in 4 installments) Lead the night shift to success as a hands-on warehouse operations supervisor who drives performance, champions safety, and develops high-performing teams. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Include:

Supervise a team of 20-30 employees and oversee daily operations for a shift of 30-40 employees.

Plan and assign work and work schedules

Train and cross-train team members

Responsible for interviewing and onboarding new hires.

Manage performance and terminations.

Accountable for maintaining quality and safety standards, improving productivity, and driving a culture of process improvement

Prepare all reports and logs as required.

Provide weekly data including but not limited to productivity, safety, and housekeeping to management as required

Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Participates in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years recent distribution/warehouse supervisory experience

Voice to Pick System experience

Inbound experience within receiving, bulk, or stocking

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting

Excellent verbal & written communications skills

Excellent organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills

Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence others

Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, diverse team environment

Proficient with Microsoft Applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word)

Ability to solve problems and champion people in a variety of situations, with strong understanding of all Inbound processes and functions Why Join Us Work-life balance; set schedule 4 days,10-hour work structure, 3rd shift
