Events Warehouse Associate Our global manufacturing client is seeking an Events Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and the preparation of products and materials for company events. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, keeping things organized, and working in an environment where each day can bring something different. You'll be responsible for preparing event materials, managing inventory, operating a forklift/hilo, and occasionally supporting local event setups and installations. What You'll Do Pull, stage, organize, and prepare products and materials for upcoming events. Maintain accurate inventory records for event-related products and equipment. Load and unload trailers and safely move materials throughout the warehouse. Operate a hilo/forklift to transport inventory, equipment, and supplies. Prepare outgoing materials and ensure products are ready for events and installations. Receive and organize returned event materials. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. Support local event setup and installation activities as needed. Assist with general warehouse responsibilities and changing daily priorities. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment. Previous forklift/hilo operating experience . Experience handling, organizing, and tracking inventory. Ability to safely load, unload, move, and organize materials. Comfortable balancing forklift operation with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable attendance and availability to work a full-time Monday-Friday schedule . Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities. Preferred Experience Event logistics, event setup, installations, or similar operational experience. Inventory management or inventory control experience. Experience preparing and staging materials for shipments, projects, or events. Your Background Could Include Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Specialist, Material Handler, Logistics Associate, Forklift Operator, Inventory Associate, Shipping & Receiving Associate, or Event Logistics Associate.
