Position Summary The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for leading all warehouse, inventory purchasing, and material-handling operations. This role ensures accurate receiving, organized storage, job staging, and efficient material flow to support on-time project execution. This role will also collaborate with Installation and Project Management teams using project management software and will help evaluate and implement improved inventory tracking processes as the company continues to scale. Occasional travel to job sites may be required for material delivery, support, or logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, labeling, and staging solar equipment and electrical materials Establish and maintain clear storage location systems and inventory tracking processes Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Stage materials accurately and efficiently for installation crews Coordinate inventory purchasing and equipment rentals to ensure material availability aligns with installation schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment Safely operate and oversee material-handling equipment Occasionally deliver materials to job sites and support field logistics Ensure MIOSHA and safety compliance standards are upheld Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce material waste Hold team members accountable to warehouse standards and procedures Required Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, materials management, or inventory control experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ability and willingness to obtain a Chauffeur's License and CDL if required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, solar, electrical supply, or building materials Experience implementing inventory systems or process improvements Leadership or supervisory experience Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software OSHA 10 or 30 certification What We're Looking For A dependable and accountable self-starter A systems-oriented thinker who builds structure and accountability Strong communicator who works well with field and office teams Practical problem-solver who improves efficiency High standards for organization and safety Long-term mindset — this role will grow as the company grows
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
