Bernick's is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.
Job Summary:
The Load Crew Supervisor will manage a variety of warehouse activities, such as dock management, warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring accuracy and picking standards are being met by all Team Members. They may also assist with outdates and breakage, receiving and stocking as time allows.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with the Load Crew TM's on goals and performance: encourage, excite and engage the team in order to improve communication and retentionSupervise and lead the warehouse load crew to ensure timely and accurate loading and unloading of product.

Maintain dock management and effective workflow throughout the loading processMaintain clear communication between warehouse, delivery, and sales teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctlyEnforce company policies and safety procedures, promoting a clean and organized work environmentTrack productivity, attendance, and performance metrics for the load crewOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed to support team operationsEnsure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulationsAssist with inventory management, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepanciesEnsure all products are handled safely and accurately to maintain quality standards and prevent damage.

Utilize computer technology along with the Warehouse Management System to get the job done
HOURS:
Full time • Monday-Friday, 10:00AM to completion
