Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Every other Wednesday off Flexibility to cover additional shifts or hours as business needs require $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over first year of work About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our night shift warehouse operations. In this role, you will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse personnel while ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and a commitment to safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling. Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse team members to maximize performance and engagement. Schedule staffing levels to meet operational demands while maintaining productivity goals. Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation, storage practices, and inventory control procedures. Assist with maintaining inventory levels while minimizing product loss and shrink. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing. Manage warehouse space utilization and coordinate overflow storage with outside warehouse partners when needed. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Safeguard company equipment, inventory, and assets. Monitor labor utilization and operate within established labor and operating expense budgets. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanning technology, and SAP to manage inventory and warehouse operations. Coordinate with planning, transportation, and other cross-functional teams to support customer and operational requirements. Support forklift maintenance awareness and ensure equipment is operated safely. Complete additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience. Previous experience in warehouse operations, transportation, purchasing, customer service, distribution, or another supply chain environment. Proven experience leading and developing employees. Experience managing labor budgets and operational expenses. Strong computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems and database applications. SAP and RF scanner experience preferred. Knowledge of inventory management best practices. Ability to operate manual and powered pallet jacks and safely lift and move product. Ability to obtain forklift certification within the first six months of employment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Must successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screening. Pay:
$72,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
