That's where you come in) You'll lead the setup crew, call the shots, solve the inevitable "Wait…where does THIS go?" moments, and make sure every table, chair, linen, and décor detail is exactly where it belongs. What You'll Do Lead & Develop the Team Lead event setup, delivery, décor installation, and breakdown crews during assigned shifts. Assign responsibilities and make sure every team member understands their role and expectations. Set the tone for a positive, productive, and professional work environment. Lead by example with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in. Coach team members in real time and provide feedback when expectations are not met. Hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and professionalism. Help train and onboard new team members. Recognize great performance and help team members grow their skills. Keep the team focused and organized, especially during busy or high-pressure events. Execute Events Oversee the loading, transportation, setup, installation, and breakdown of event rental and décor items. Ensure setups are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to event plans or client expectations. Inspect work throughout the shift and address issues before they become bigger problems. Make sure rental inventory is handled carefully and returned in good condition. Communicate with management and other teams regarding event needs, changes, delays, or challenges. Troubleshoot unexpected issues calmly and find practical solutions. Ensure the team maintains a clean and organized work area. Own the Shift Take responsibility for the success of each assigned shift. Manage time effectively to keep the crew and event on schedule. Anticipate what the team will need and stay one step ahead. Communicate clearly with leadership about progress, staffing, and any issues that arise. Make decisions confidently when situations change in the field. Help create a culture where everyone takes pride in their work and supports one another. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: A natural leader that people want to follow. Previous experience leading a team, working in events, hospitality, moving, warehousing, rentals, construction, décor, or a similar hands-on environment is a plus.
