In This Role, You'll:

Train, mentor, and support new associates on all Warehouse procedures. Lead Warehouse re-training Provide input and conduct new hire reviews. Perform daily Warehouse duties while assisting in supervising Warehouse operations. Review Warehouse KPIs

• productivity, accuracy, PL&D, Inventory Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction Operate all equipment with the highest safety standards.

What You'll Bring:

Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and mentoring others. Computer proficiency for logging and reporting. Ability to step in for the Warehouse Supervisor when needed Strong leadership skills

The Schedule & Setting:

Full-time, on-site Trainer role Monday

• Friday (8am
• 5pm) Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Range (Base Pay): $25.23

• $27.

34 Weekly pay (every Friday)

Other Compensation:

May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
