$18.50-$20.00 / hour based on experience Summary Responsible for coordinating daily activities with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure accurate, timely movement of inbound and outbound shipments. Serves as a key contact for carriers, warehouses, and internal teams. This is primarily an office-based position, Monday through Friday. While a strong understanding of warehouse operations and regular coordination with the warehouse team are required, the role is not a warehouse-floor position. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate direct-to-retailer shipments and accounts, including Barnes & Noble and other key retail partners, ensuring orders, routing requirements, documentation, and shipping deadlines are properly managed. Communicate with 3PL partners regarding orders, inventory, and service issues. Review shipment documentation (BOLs, packing lists, reports). Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Prepare monthly reports. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot delays and operational issues. Answering and investigating packing and shipping solutions based on their products. Qualifications 2-4 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination (3PL experience preferred). Strong knowledge of freight processes and warehouse operations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient with WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
