The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their assigned warehouse area and leading hourly employees to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and service goals. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and plays a key role in ensuring efficient distribution center operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse employees to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards. Monitor daily operations and ensure all department goals and KPIs are achieved. Coach, train, and develop new and existing team members. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Complete required HR paperwork and administrative duties. Coordinate department activities, workflow, and special projects to meet deadlines. Partner with the Warehouse Manager to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Analyze operational performance and implement improvements when needed. Assist employees in resolving complex operational issues. Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices. Ability to lead, motivate, and coach employees. Experience tracking and achieving KPI metrics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with basic computer systems and administrative tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
