Zayzoon Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of Warehouse Associates in daily operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures. Coordinate and monitor the workflow of inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Ensure the proper execution of daily tasks and responsibilities, including order picking, packing, and inventory counts. Train and onboard new warehouse staff, providing guidance on operational procedures, safety protocols, and performance expectations. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback. Implement and maintain safety practices and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Assist with resolving operational challenges, including equipment malfunctions, inventory discrepancies, and other logistical issues. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits; report findings and recommend corrective actions. Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing continuous feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and productivity. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse, implementing best practices wherever possible.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Proficient in using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners; certification may be required. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards within a warehouse environment. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
