Position Summary:

The Shipping Lead is responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities while actively working alongside the shipping team. This position provides day-to-day direction to employees, and helps ensure shipments are completed on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily shipping schedule to ensure maximum productivity Monitor shipping activities and communicate delays, incorrect materials, etc. to management Works alongside employees in performing daily shipping and warehouse duties Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED 3 or more years of experience in manufacturing 3 or more years of forklift experience At least 1 year of leadership experience Experience using ERP computer system
