The Fulfillment Coordinator at Asheville Tea Company is responsible for filling and shipping customer orders on time and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards and excellent customer service. Operations and Fulfillment Manager Hours:
28- 32 hours per week Primary Duties Print, pack, & ship Shopify & Faire orders with accuracy and timeliness Create shipping labels in Shopify, PirateShip, Fedex.com, UPS.com, etc Ship packages (products, samples, COA's, non-order items) for other departments when needed Create prioritization strategy for order fulfillment each day/week Collaborate with Sales team & Production Manager to ensure product availability for timely fulfilment of large or special orders Create timelines and strategy for pre-orders, ensuring stock is available at time of fulfillment Organize order deliveries; coordinating local deliveries to wholesale accounts, requesting help with deliveries when needed Take point on filling distributor orders including printing UPCs/stickers and packaging orders correctly and/or palletizing orders, troubleshooting, etc. Assist Operations/Fulfillment Manager and Production Manager in development & implementation of the Kan Ban system or other finished products inventory systems to ensure ease of stock replenishment Communicate daily with other departments via Slack Check website daily for accuracy in stock availability, reporting discrepancies to Fulfillment manager Communicate low and out-of-stock statuses of product to Sales & Fulfillment managers Collaborate with Production Manager over warehouse organization Maintain organization of shipping supplies, taking monthly inventory, and creating draft orders from Uline for management approval Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Requirement Knowledge and experience of fulfillment systems Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations for ATC Proficient in Google Suite and able to learn company software systems (knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and ideally experience working with inventory and shipping software systems and applications) Excellent communication ability and organizational skills Attention to detail Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach Proficiency with space/warehouse mapping and organization Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
