Salary:
Competitive DOE Candidate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional supply chain or leadership training is a plus. 2+ years of hands-on warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory, lead, or training capacity. Previous experience with, or knowledge of, automotive aftermarket tools and equipment is highly preferred. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and standard inventory software. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

AssociateResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Duties Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive tools and aftermarket equipment. Supervise, train, and coach warehouse associates to ensure daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets are consistently met. Manage local "will call" order fulfillment for distributor accounts, ensuring prompt and accurate turnaround. Monitor inventory control processes, oversee cycle counts, and ensure the accurate tracking of high-value tools and products. Operate and oversee the safe use of standard warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Enforce strict safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized facility, and proactively resolve any operational bottlenecks on the floor.
