As a Warehouse Supervisor , you'll play a key role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including labor management, shipping and receiving, inventory control, quality assurance, and safety. 🔹

What You'll Tackle:

Lead and support a team of 10-15 warehouse associates Oversee inbound/outbound operations and daily workflow Track KPIs like productivity, damages, zero-ships & safety metrics Build and manage a daily operations scorecard Train, coach, and hold team members accountable Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Drive results through effective motivation, positive reinforcement, and corrective actions when necessary Other duties as required and assigned Schedule

What You Bring:

2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and confidence 🔹 Preferred (Not Required): Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field Equivalent experience in warehouse leadership will be considered Ready to make an impact and take your leadership career to the next level?
