We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment while also being comfortable with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination. Because we operate within the pharmaceutical supply chain, accuracy, product traceability, proper documentation, and attention to detail are critical components of this position. Key Responsibilities The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day movement, storage, preparation, and shipment of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Responsibilities include:

Receive incoming pharmaceutical and healthcare products and verify shipments against purchase orders and receiving documentation. Inspect incoming products for quantity, packaging condition, product information, lot/batch numbers, expiration dates, and other required information. Accurately record and maintain inventory information within company systems and warehouse records. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure products are stored safely, securely, and efficiently. Pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipment. Verify product NDCs, quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and other identifying information before orders are released for shipment. Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices where applicable. Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, commercial shipping documents, and other logistics documentation. Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, couriers, and other logistics partners. Assist with temperature-sensitive and specialty pharmaceutical shipments when required. Properly prepare insulated shippers, temperature-monitoring devices, and other shipping materials when applicable. Maintain accurate records supporting product traceability from receipt through shipment. Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory reconciliation. Identify and report damaged, expired, short-dated, incorrect, or potentially compromised products. Maintain appropriate separation of released, quarantined, returned, damaged, or otherwise restricted inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and professional warehouse environment. Assist with warehouse supply management, including boxes, labels, shipping materials, pallets, and temperature-controlled packaging. Communicate inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, damaged products, or other operational issues to management. Support customer order fulfillment and other warehouse/logistics projects as needed. Follow all UTS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, quality procedures, and applicable pharmaceutical distribution practices.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately follow written procedures and instructions. Basic computer skills and comfort working with inventory, shipping, and order-management systems. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong time-management skills. Ability to safely lift and move packages and warehouse materials as required. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment, or logistics experience. Experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, wholesale distribution, or another regulated industry. Familiarity with lot/batch tracking and expiration-date management. Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight forwarders, or international shipping. Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), pharmaceutical storage requirements, or regulated inventory environments is a plus.
