Position Summary The Warehouse Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, picking, packing, shipping and receiving operations, and overall warehouse organization. This position supports multiple departments by maintaining equipment and parts inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, receiving incoming materials, and ensuring the warehouse remains safe, clean, and compliant. The Coordinator also operates forklifts and other equipment as needed to support daily workflow. Core Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Prepare, pack, crate, label, and process outbound shipments to ensure safe and accurate delivery. Receive incoming equipment, parts, and materials; inspect shipments for accuracy and condition. Complete and maintain all required shipping and receiving documentation. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely load and unload freight. Inventory Management Perform inventory of equipment, including verification of components and accessories upon arrival. Maintain and update the inventory database to reflect accurate counts, locations, and status. Pull and track parts requested by Service, Parts, Engineering, and other internal departments. Conduct regular cycle counts (quarterly or semi‑annual) and assist with full physical inventory as needed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies promptly. Warehouse Organization & Safety Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist in layout adjustments, equipment staging, and general facility upkeep. Appropriately dispose of potentially hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines. Ensure materials are stored safely and access pathways remain clear and hazard‑free. Administrative & Paperwork Responsibilities Complete all required paperwork accurately, including packing slips, receiving logs, and inventory forms. Maintain records of equipment movement, parts transactions, and shipping activity. Communicate inventory updates, equipment status, and material availability with relevant departments. Cross-Department Support Collaborate with Service, Parts, Engineering, and Operations teams to support workflow and project needs. Respond promptly to part requests, equipment pulls, and internal inquiries. Assist leadership with special projects and operational improvements. General Expectations Work respectfully, cooperatively, and professionally with all team members. Demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and a commitment to accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse and company operations. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience required. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification (company-provided training if needed). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely operate material-handling equipment. Experience with inventory software or ERP systems preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $47,840.00 per year
