Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our company to be responsible for coordinating the movement of finished products and materials from the manufacturing facility to customers, distributors, or other locations. This individual will also manage returns due to freight damage, show returns and cancelled orders. Duties Coordinate daily shipments and freight pickups. Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, packing lists, and other documentation. Schedule carriers and communicate with freight companies. Verify quantities, product information, and shipping addresses. Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues. Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales. Enter and maintain shipping information in an ERP/MRP system. Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and company procedures. Help maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Manage returned / damaged finished goods on daily basis Qualifications 3-5+ years of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing experience. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is helpful. Strong organization and attention to detail. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines. Knowledge of freight carriers, domestic shipping, and basic logistics terminology.
