This is a hands-on leadership role that keeps vehicles inspection-ready and ensures smooth hand-offs between shifts. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily van readiness and pre-trip/post-trip inspections Coordinate vehicle hand-offs to fleet closers Track and report vehicle condition, issues, and status Support preventive maintenance awareness and escalate problems quickly Maintain clear communication with the Fleet Manager and operations team Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lead by example and hold a high standard Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment Reliable, accountable, and able to follow structured processes This role is critical to keeping our fleet moving efficiently every day.

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour
