Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor Location:
Cinnaminson, NJ Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 /hrHours:
Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM What You'll Do Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement Assign tasks and monitor workflow, productivity, and accuracy Train, coach, and support warehouse associates Monitor attendance, breaks, and timekeeping Address performance issues and document concerns as needed Coordinate staffing, workload, and priorities with management Serve as the main point of contact for operational issues during the shift What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of warehouse operations Ability to lead in a fast-paced, physical environment Basic computer skills, including WMS, email, and timekeeping systemsREADY TO WORK?
