On-site Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 10:00am to 7:00pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046 The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse picking and fulfillment operations, including lift and floor picking personnel. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and productivity across inventory picking, order consolidation, and fulfillment processes. The position also enforces safety standards, workspace organization, and operational excellence while supporting team performance and development. Key Responsibilities- Supervise lift and floor picking personnel, providing leadership, direction, and accountability
- Manage workload and picking priorities using Wireless Workbench systems
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory picking and order fulfillment
- Communicate operational issues and escalations across departments
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or misallocated items
- Support order consolidation processes and outbound workflow efficiency
- Mentor, train, and develop new and existing team members
- Promote safety standards, cleanliness, and organized workspace practices
- Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to meet production goals
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned Metrics and Measurements
- Ensure team maintains 100% goal attainment based on established performance metrics
- Failure to meet minimum standards for two consecutive months may result in MRS action Supervisory Responsibilities

- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Computer literate
- Some technical or warehouse operations competency Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Forklift certification as required
- OSHA 30 certification Physical Demands
- Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Frequent walking, including on raised catwalks
- Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
- Repeated lifting up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds Compensation & Bonus The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$65,000 annually .
