Shift Patterns Monday - Saturday 7:30AM - Finish Pay Rates 20.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Warehouse Lead Must have experience leading teams of 10 to 15 within a warehouse environment. Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole). Role for Warehouse Lead Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members. Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards. Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations. Conduct training sessions and manage daily headcounts. Monitor operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP, and communicate progress to the floor supervisor. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
