Shift patterns Monday - Saturday 7:30AM - Finish Pay rates 20.00 USD hourly Essential requirements for Warehouse Lead Must have experience leading teams of 10 to 15 within a warehouse environment. Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole). Role for Warehouse Lead Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members. Ensure all employees follow safety and quality standards. Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations. Manage daily headcounts and ensure downtime targets are met. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
