We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate who is ready to grow into a leadership role. What You'll Do Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load and unload incoming shipments. Maintain organized inventory and warehouse locations. Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus). Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts. Help train and support new team members. Work alongside warehouse leadership to improve workflow and productivity. Lead by example through a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail. Requirements:

Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse experience required. Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. Leadership experience or experience training others is a plus. Forklift certification or experience preferred (or willingness to become certified). Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday. Good computer skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge is a MUST familiarity with warehouse systems is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
