The Warehouse Lead will help oversee the movement of packages through the facility, ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, and provide direction to warehouse associates in a fast-paced shipping environment. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, parcel, or shipping environment.

Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Experience with package handling, scanning, sortation, or shipping operations preferred.

Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality throughout the shift.

Train and assist employees with proper warehouse and shipping procedures.

Identify and resolve package, routing, scanning, and workflow issues.

Communicate shipment priorities, delays, and operational issues to management.
