Key Responsibilities Inventory Control:
Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments. Perform regular cycle counts and update ERP/WMS stock records.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
Pull, pack, and issue parts for work orders. Prepare shipments (BOLs, labels) and coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, freight).
Vendor & Purchasing Support:
Create purchase orders to restock inventory. Track vendor backorders, order statuses, and return defective parts (RMAs).
Warehouse Safety:
Maintain organized bin/shelf locations. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to OSHA standards.

Package and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, Bills of Lading (BOL), and shipping documentation. Coordinate with freight carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, freight vendors) for timely pickup and delivery. Handle core returns, defective parts, and vendor RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
