What's expected within the role: New York (local to our headquarters in Hopewell Junction) _ This is not a remote position_ Job Responsibilities Learn and utilize Zoho CRM System for order management and customer transactions Handle customer service and client responses via email Manage samples orders: wrapping, labeling, and shipping to customers Receive deliveries and process them accordingly Responsible for unloading inventory and stocking all samples Print order forms from the Magento Platform Organize pulling and packing (content) for confirmed Sample Orders Process returns as directed Restock warehouse shelves Customer Email Follow Ups Apply excellent customer service with every client transaction (verbal and written) Assist with tracking stock and alerting management when it's time to reorder Position Requirements Heavy lifting involved required Basic computer/emailing skills Energized, organized, and focuses Customer service experience A+
