Guide daily evening warehouse operations, track progress, delegate tasks, and adjust team priorities dynamically.

Fulfillment & Quality:

Coordinate order picking, packing, and loading activities to guarantee fast, accurate shipments.

Inventory & Safety:

Maintain precise inventory control, uphold quality standards, and enforce site-wide safety protocols.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate sit-down propane forklifts and oversee safe material handling floor-wide.

Team Development:

Train, mentor, and coach warehouse personnel to boost productivity, performance, and efficiency.

Operations Support:

Manage shift scheduling, daily reporting, facility security, walk-in customer pickups, and smooth management communication.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

3+ years in warehouse leadership/supervision; 2-3 years of hands-on sit-down propane forklift and senior loader experience preferred.

Certifications:

Valid Forklift Certification required; CDL required (or ability to obtain).

Technical Skills:

proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Soft Skills:

Environment Readiness:
