Shift Lead
Manufacturing Now Hiring:
Shift Lead | $23- 24/Hour We are looking for a dependable and experienced Shift Lead to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Shift Lead Pay & Schedule $23.50
- 24/hr 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM
- 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM
- 7:00 AM Monday
- Wednesday or Thursday
- Saturday 6-hour Sunday shifts available to reach your 40-hour workweek Shift Lead Responsibilities Lead and support employees on the production line Keep production running efficiently and on schedule Monitor product quality and production standards Train and assist new employees Communicate production needs and concerns to supervisors Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with troubleshooting and production tasks as needed Qualifications Previous leadership or manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team Willingness to work a 12-hour schedule Interested in a leadership opportunity with competitive pay and a consistent schedule?
