Shift Supervisor Pay:
$26-30/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday:
7:00 AM-7:00 PM + 4 hours
Sunday OR Thursday-Saturday:
7:00 AM-7:00 PM + 4 hours SundayWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team! This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the safety, quality, efficiency, and production of an assigned shift.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can confidently lead a team, keep production on track, address issues as they arise, and create a positive environment focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement . What You'll Do Supervise, direct, and oversee employees and daily production activities Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment Monitor production output and communicate any issues affecting productivity Ensure proper machine shutdown procedures are followed Conduct daily safety checks and reinforce company safety procedures Maintain consistent work standards across the shift Communicate safety hazards and expectations to employees Lead daily Toolbox Talks and shift meetings Provide training, coaching, and support to employees Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping through ADP Assist with employee performance reviews Work closely with HR regarding attendance, performance, and modified work programs Manage scheduling, vacation requests, and attendance Complete production reports and safety documentation Respond to quality issues and non-conforming products Troubleshoot production and process issues with the team Prepare end-of-shift reports comparing planned versus actual production Maintain strong communication with management and other shifts Help promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Additional Responsibilities Assist with special projects and new machinery setups Work with Maintenance and Plant Management to address equipment and production needs Assist with general plant and office responsibilities when needed Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, secure, and organized Complete end-of-shift inspections, including cleanup, garbage/cardboard removal, paperwork, and quality checks Ensure the plant is left in excellent condition for the incoming shift Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or plant experience 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience Experience coordinating daily plant operations is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to confidently provide direction and hold employees accountable Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Self-motivated, dependable, and ambitious Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred Why Join Us?
