Requirements:
Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse team members on 2nd shift Coordinate workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals Operate a forklift as needed for loading, unloading, staging, and material movement Train, coach, and develop team members Monitor performance and address operational issues Enforce safety procedures and company policies Support accurate inventory movement, scanning, and system transactions Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs Verify trailers and equipment are safe for loading Complete shipping documentation and system updates Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Requirements 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience 2+ years of forklift experience Valid driver's license Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification WMS, inventory, shipping, receiving, or scanning experience preferred Ability to regularly lift 50-75 pounds Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail Preferred 3PL, logistics, distribution, or warehouse experience Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and trailer verification Experience training and developing warehouse teams Benefits 401(k) match Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA and life insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Advancement opportunities Join Bluegrass Supply Chain Services as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Findlay, OH and make an impact leading a high-performing warehouse team.
