Luxor Staffing is hiring Warehouse Leads paying up to $22.10 per hour with variety of shifts available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift:

1st: Mon-Thu 8AM-4:30PM 2nd: Mon-Thu 5PM-1:30

AM Weekend:

Fri-Sun 6AM-6

PM Job Responsibilities:

Lead and direct warehouse associates to ensure daily operations run efficiently and safely. Oversee shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and cycle counting activities. Monitor inventory accuracy and complete daily inventory reports using WMS and computer systems. Inspect, sort, count, and verify incoming shipments while maintaining accurate records. Communicate with management and other departments regarding productivity, safety, staffing, and operational issues.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is required. Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED required; experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail. Material Handling Equipment/Forklift experience or certification preferred Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. #
