About us J2S Medical offers cost effective solutions for medical products, parts and service on existing equipment for hospitals and alternate site healthcare organizations. We are looking for an someone who is experience in managing all aspects of shipping, receiving, and parts management within the department. Key responsibilities include maintaining the parts request form, helping to manage parts inventory, organizing and distributing customer parts sales orders, and assisting with quarterly inventory counts. The role also supports the upkeep and organization of the parts room and warehouse. Working closely with the Director of Biomedical Technicians and the BMET Supervisor, the position helps prioritize and complete daily tasks, coordinates the shipment of third-party repairs, and may require onsite travel as needed to support operations. This role ensures efficient parts handling and contributes to the overall smooth operation of the department.
