Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Receive incoming materials and ensure all receipts are processed promptly. Assist with loading and unloading freight. Verify shipments against bills of lading and shipping documentation. Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts. Replenish warehouse stock and organize inventory locations. Monitor and communicate backorder status as needed. Support internal departments with inventory and shipping-related requests. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Cross-train and assist in other operational areas as business needs require. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Required Basic computer skills. Strong math and measurement skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with proper equipment. Preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience. Manufacturing experience. Forklift experience. Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping procedures.
