People, Process, Product, Profit. Looking for Team Lead jobs in Perrysburg where leadership and organization drive results? Lead a team in a fast-paced mail processing environment, monitor production goals, direct workflow, maintain quality standards, and help ensure all nightly operations are completed efficiently and on time. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements Previous lead or supervisor experience required Experience leading employees to meet production goals and deadlines Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Good technical and automation skills Ability to learn and work within company operating systems Job Duties Lead and oversee the daily activities of an assigned work group Monitor workflow and employee productivity throughout the shift Direct team members to ensure daily work plans are completed on time Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals Assist with training and coaching employees as needed Communicate expectations and provide direction to line staff Use company operating systems to track work progress and performance Identify and help resolve workflow or production issues Support a safe, productive, and efficient work environment Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Team Lead. Physical Capabilities Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment. Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
