Position Overview:

If you want a job that keeps you moving, working outdoors, and part of a solid crew, this is it. We're hiring a non-CDL driver that is dependable and hard-working for a hands-on role supporting event setup, tent installation, deliveries, and warehouse operations. This position is not a desk job. You'll spend most of your day on the road and outside, lifting, building, organizing, and working alongside a team to set up events across the Ohio Valley. It's fast-paced, physical, and rewarding work—ideal for someone who likes staying active and seeing the results of their effort at the end of the day. You must have the ability to drive both 16FT and 26FT straight/box trucks (automatic transmissions) with lift gates.

What You'll Do:

Safely operate a company vehicle (non-CDL) to deliver, pick up, and transport event rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs, staging, etc.) Load, unload, and transport event rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs, staging, etc.) Assist with tent installation and teardown at event sites Support team members on deliveries, installations, and pickups Set up and tear down event equipment at various locations Work outdoors the majority of the day in varying weather conditions Pull, prepare, and organize rental orders from warehouse inventory Count, inspect, and check in returned equipment for accuracy and quality Clean, maintain, and store equipment properly for future use Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and related equipment Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, vehicles, and work areas Provide professional customer interaction during deliveries and setups Follow all safety procedures and company standards What the Job is

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 70+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day (occasionally up to 100 lbs) Comfortable with continuous movement: walking, bending, lifting, and standing Strong stamina and endurance for long shifts (8-10 hours depending on schedule)

Work Conditions:

Indoor warehouse work combined with primarily outdoor job sites Exposure to varying weather conditions Day shifts, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and overtime Physically demanding work requiring strength, coordination, and focus

Schedule & Pay:

Seasonal position (April through October, with potential for year-round opportunities) Monday-Friday plus weekends as needed Overtime opportunities during peak season Competitive hourly pay ($15.00 per hour)
