Sherwin-Williams seeks a Branch Warehouser Lead to oversee daily warehouse and manufacturing support operations. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate receiving, storing, picking, tinting, and shipping paint and related products, while leading a small team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cycle counts, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. You will collaborate with sales and production teams, uphold safety and compliance standards, and support continuous improvement in a diverse, inclusive environment. Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping Coordinate material flow between warehouse and manufacturing/production areas Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation Operate and oversee use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment Enforce and model safety, housekeeping, and OSHA compliance standards Train, coach, and guide warehouse staff on procedures and best practices Ensure accurate order fulfillment, staging, and loading for customer and branch deliveries Monitor productivity, resolve workflow issues, and escalate problems as needed Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to meet customer and production schedules Support continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, quality, and safety Required Skills Warehouse operations Inventory control Forklift operation Shipping and receiving Material handling Cycle counting Basic computer skills (WMS / ERP, email) Safety and OSHA compliance Team leadership Quality control
