Maintain provided professional tools Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively to members, guests, supervisors, and staff. Job Duties Perform grooming services for each member/guest. Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the shop's policies and procedures. Ensure a "white glove" standard of service is maintained during service and throughout the shop. Ensure members/guests feel welcome upon arrival for their appointments. Recommend upgraded/premium services and future visits as well as promote retail grooming products. Stock and maintain stations according to the shop's operating procedures. Assist, when needed, with washing and folding all linens used in the shop. Arrive before starting the shift with time to prepare for the day. Maintain and increase knowledge of all service offerings and new products by attending in-house instruction, required continuing education courses, and new product promotions. Accomplish sales goals by leading guests to the membership options that best meet their needs whether services or product sales. Assist management and staff as needed. Provide the Exceptional Customer Experience. Understand the needs of members/guests to earn trust and maintain loyalty. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all staff members. Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
