Lead:

High school diploma or GED in hand; training and certs make you stronger 3+ years running warehouse crews Know warehouse systems, WMS, and basic computer skills Lead with strong communication and problem-solving skills Stay tough — on your feet, lifting 50 lbs, and keeping pace Direct daily warehouse flow from dock to delivery Cover shifts and keep schedules running smooth Track inventory, shipments, and orders with accuracy Lead by example — coach the team and enforce safety The Perks of Leading the
