Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Outdoor Order Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator to keep our orders, inventory, deliveries, and day-to-day shop operations running smoothly. This hands-on role is centered on fulfilling orders accurately, receiving and organizing merchandise, monitoring inventory, and ensuring products get to the right customers or team members on time. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working in both an office and shop environment, and interested in boating, fishing, manufacturing, or the outdoors. CAD or CNC experience is a plus and may provide opportunities to assist with product designs and technical projects, but it is not the primary focus of the position. Responsibilities Fulfill customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, organize, and prepare merchandise for delivery or shipment. Receive, inspect, count, and organize merchandise when deliveries arrive. Ensure incoming products are delivered to the correct customer, department, or team member. Maintain accurate inventory records and identify when products, materials, or supplies need to be reordered. Visit the shop regularly to check inventory levels and determine whether anything needs to be ordered. Monitor and respond to company emails in a timely and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and general support. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability. Keep merchandise, inventory areas, and order records organized. Assist with general shop, office, and operations needs as required. Occasionally prepare merchandise invoices using QuickBooks. Experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided. Assist with CAD designs or technical drawings when qualified and interested. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Comfortable managing multiple orders, deliveries, and priorities. Clear and professional communication skills by phone, email, and in person. Willingness to work in both an office and shop environment. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise or materials as needed. Experience with order fulfillment, inventory, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus. Interest or experience in boating, fishing, fabrication, manufacturing, or the outdoor industry is highly desirable. CAD or CNC experience is a plus, but not required. QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. What We're Looking For This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and taking ownership of the details that keep orders moving. The successful candidate will be willing to jump in where needed, learn new skills, and help ensure that merchandise is properly received, inventoried, fulfilled, and delivered on time.
