Job Details Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and train a team that performs duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, re-packing and security of products.
Ensure all products are rotated during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns activities according to company standards.
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards established by management.
Communicate with supervisors and provide feedback related to shift activity, personnel issues, mechanical and system failures, and logistical issues for assigned area.
Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your job.
Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education/Training:
High School diploma or GED required
Licenses/Certifications:
For all warehouse equipment
Minimum of 18 years of age
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years warehouse experience, with logistics or material handling preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- Lift/Carry/Push/Pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 100 lbs.
- Push/Pull 165 lbs. kegs
- Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/ use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
- Climb stairs/ladder
- Work mostly indoors, occasionally outdoors Compensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
