•Friday Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution of receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse maintenance activities. This role provides leadership to warehouse associates, monitors productivity and performance, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment. Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse associates. Monitor productivity, accuracy, safety, and quality metrics. Assign work and prioritize daily tasks to meet customer deadlines and operational goals. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and operational roadblocks. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and PPE requirements. Conduct regular safety meetings and warehouse inspections. Coordinate staffing needs, schedules, and overtime requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems (WMS). Partner with site leadership to improve processes, productivity, and operational efficiency. Support employee onboarding, training, and performance management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and handheld scanners. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and around material handling equipment.
