Tualatin, OR Shift:

Swing Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM start time ️

Work Schedule:

8-12 hour shifts; mandatory overtime as needed

Pay:

$25.29/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential Job Description Summary The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for scheduling product deliveries and managing all related documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between Milgard delivery drivers, warehouse operations, and external customers to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service and support to the Milgard customer base Schedule product deliveries and prepare all corresponding delivery paperwork accurately and on time Serve as the primary point of contact between delivery drivers, warehouse teams, and external customers Communicate professionally with internal and external customers regarding delivery status, product concerns, and business-related issues Process and review service requests in a timely and detail-oriented manner Proactively notify customers of any delivery delays, challenges, or changes related to their window and/or door orders Partner closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Production teams, and Scheduling team members to support overall customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records and data within enterprise systems Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience utilizing an enterprise system; manufacturing environment experience preferred Experience in window sales or customer service is a plus but not required High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience handling multiple phone lines and high-volume customer interactions Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills What We Offer Our benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
